Hello,

I just got the MusicRow headline news about Alan's new Album "Thirty Miles West." A big congratulations to all those who have worked with Alan on this Album. I'm sure it will carry forward his true identity and Country "Trademark," if I may use that term. The original post at MusicRow is http://www.musicrow.com/2012/04/alan-jackson-plans-new-album-release/. The article is by a member of MusicRow magazine, http://www.musicrow.com/author/parkeret/. I guess he interviewed Mr. Alan Jackson.

There is also a small blurb at CMT Here: http://www.cmt.com/news/news-in-brief/1682802/alan-jacksons-new-album-due-june-5.jhtml

Here is the article on Wikipedia on Newnan,Ga: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newnan,_Georgia

The Official Newnan City Website has some beautiful pictures of the City: http://www.ci.newnan.ga.us/content/view/193/131/

CRL, thanks for the links. I'm a Newnan resident of the last 21/2 years and have seen some of the places shown in the photo gallery link. Though I was born and raised a big city girl, I love and fell in love with the simple kind of living in a small town such as Newnan and its laidback atmosphere. I do especially enjoy the historic places here. Alan's new album, along with the "Dixie Highway" song he penned, will always have a special meaning to me. Heck, just driving down the "Thirty Miles West" highway will have me thinking of the album and that song. :-) Can't wait to get ahold of a copy of it. Seems like I've been waiting so long for it to be finally released.

Thanks. . .again.
