hi,...roll call!  did any fans out there attend the 2000 fan club party? id like to know who the lucky lady is that alan gave one of his custom made cowboy boots to. what an awsome souvenir. he also gave a pair of wrangler cowboy cut jeans away that denise wouldnt let him wear anymore. that was funny. i had a great time and would like to go to a future f.c. party hopefully.

Yes, I was there, the two things I remember about that FCP, was; I stood out in the hot sun so long in line that day, my feet were sunburn on the bottom from the side walk being so hot. Oh, yes, I had my shoes on!!! It was so crowded inside we were shoulder to shoulder, but it was still fun.
I thought he gave away the boots and the jeans at the FCP held at the Opry House, but I could be wrong.
In fact that was the last of the FCP's, at least I think I am correct on that too. Wish A. J. would start having the parties again.

I was at both of the parties and had a wonderful time at both at the Wild Horse it was like stand room only almost..
I was also at the Grand Ole Opry and that to was such a wonderful time I would like for the club to have another one....I was also at the Listening Party in 1994 and that was the one of the best parties because he was singing his new album...

Wow...sounds like a great time. What an experience that would be. Hopefully in the future, I will get to go to a FCP. Love it!
