I didn't order tickets because we didn't think we could make it.  BUT I signed up to try for the free front row seats.
Fingers crossed and everything else too.  LOL

It will be good to see some good friends again so soon after St. Augustine.  I'm sure we will have a blast celebrating Alan's birthday.

I hope everyone going to the concert in Maryville will have a great time celebrating ALAN's birthday including ALAN himself. If Anyone deserves the best birthday ever it is ALAN, the greatest singer/songwriter ever and oh such a nice and kind man.  Take Care        nelle

Sharon I didn't order tickets but Mazie and myself are mulling it over in our minds ....we haven't been to the
mountains to see the leaves when they are changing and we thought that would be a good start for the Mtns.
We would have to test our luck about the tickets...We are in the thinking stages now we are going out of town
5 days this coming weekend and on till Wed/ that would give us a couple days to go there in.  dizzy

You guys are so lucky to be going to TN. It must be beautiful there now with the leaves chancging etc..
We had intended to go there for a little mini vacation but we must check on Mom to see how she is doing now.
It was such a fun seeing Alan & The Strayhorns twice this past week. I really enjoyed that.
Too bad I can't celebrate my Birthday with Alan, my Birthday & Anniversary are this month. I will be 39 and holding again & again.
Would be nice to give Alan something special. You ladies show Alan how much he means to us Fans now

It's certainly a lot colder there than a couple weeks ago in FL and AL....LOL  We went up to the venue and walked around the festival booths.  Had some great home made soup and of course had to have a funnel cake  (Sharon insisted..LOL) Had a few sprinkles and everyone is praying for no rain tonight.  There is no area covered at the venue so if it rains, we're gonna get soaked.
