Sounds like the October 8 show was fun for many!  I am excited about going to the October22 show....less than a week away...YEA!  Hope AJ 's allergies are better.   I hope to get to the Acme  and spend some time seeing his exhibit at CMHOF...  Will be in Nashville until Sunday, so have tickets for the Ryman on Thursday night, plan to visit some Honky Tonks, and just enjoy Nashville!
Also,  I wish Alan  a very Happy Birthday tomorrow.   Yep, he'll be 56 when I see him Wednesday night!  Can't wait for his new album , but am loving any of his music!!!

Hope I can get a program or something signed!!!

I am so looking forward to the October 22 show!!!  My 44 year old son is going with me and emails me almost every day to tell me how excited he is to be going to this performance!  Both he  and my daughter are AJ fans, too.  That's part of the success of Alan....several generations enjoy and appreciate his music!!!

Thanks for sharing this...I can't wait to go there in October.   I think it's a great thing these people did...restoring the Acme Feed and Seed.  I'm proud of Alan for  recognizing the history and wanting to be a part of this restoration!!!

I ended up getting mine through CMHOF....Tried AJ fan club, but was not fast enough typing in info, so I was cut off.

Great review, Hope....and a lot of fun, I'm sure.   I was at the Fredericksburg concert the night before.    That concert ( Alan and the Strayhorns) was  great, but the venue was a wet, muddy place.  Alan kept on  singing in the rain...said he hoped he didn't get electrocuted!!! My daughter and I had a fantastic time in spite of the rain.... Everyone seemed to enjoy the concert.  We   were on 2 nd row and had access to VIP area with food and drinks....and it was DRY under the tent!  I stood for the entire concert....just LOVE AJ's music.

I also wondered about a code....I emailed Cindy to ask if there is a special code to use for Pre Sale,  but haven't heard back.  I hope if anyone knows , they will pass it on to us!

Thanks for info..I found a copy this morning at my nearby grocery store......now, will enjoy reading.  I look forward to seeing this exhibit in October when I'm in Nashville, but sadly, will not see the infamous thunderbird.  Would like to have been there this weekend!

Thanks..I did pull up the seating chart, which does not show pit area, but the ticket choices  do include Pit Pass, which includes access to pit area in front of stage....no seats.  Maybe  I should have  bought the Pit Pass to be closer to AJ, since I like standing and moving to his music.....BUT, I 'm not sure I could do that the entire concert...might need a seat!!!!  I'm just excited to have the Platinum Experience...at least I can sit if needed!

BHR ...am so  sorry for the family tragedy...All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers...I know it's hard  and sometimes we just can't grasp why these things happen!   Please know we share in your family sorrow.
