Continued prayers and hugs to Harriet.  I know from experience she will feel so much better after pt.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Harriet.  I had this surgery 15 years ago after a fall at work.  Everything is still good with my shoulder, just be sure and follow the doctor's directions after the surgery and do the PT after to gain full range motion.  Sheila also needs this surgery, but without medical insurance she will have to wait.

Hello from HOT Arizona, visiting my daughter and grandson for his 13th birthday.  There's been 9 teen age boys here all day and 6 are spending the night.........OH WHAT FUN....  I may have to go get a roll of duck tape soon!!!

There was a terrible off road accident tonight in our home town of Lucerne Valley.  They have annual truck races on the dry lake not far from our home.  One of the trucks went off the track and into the spectators, killing at least 8 and injuring dozens more, according to the news.  A friend of my son's is a paramedic and was at the races, off duty and said the death toll will be much higher.  Thankfully none of our kids were out there as they usually go to those races at this dry lake.

OK everyone, here is a short review of the Cheyenne concert.  We headed up there early afternoon, but took our time, stopping to eat at Cracker Barrel and of course buying more AJ stuff there.  We got to visit with Roger and Monty before the show.  We had horrible seats, but the fan club didn't offer preferred seating.  The stage was across the arena with standing room only from the stage up to the stands.  We still had a great time and enjoyed the concert.  Alan wore a denim shirt with western trim and sang for about an hour a half.  He didn't do the sit down segment, which I love.  It was great spending time with friends and seeing AJ again.

Hello everyone, it's hot here, but nothing new, I do live in the Mojave Desert.  Finally done with the census, turned in my badge yesterday.  Headed to the airport early in the morning for my flight to Denver.  Finally getting to see Alan again this weekend in Cheyenne and going to enjoy some time with AJ friends.  When I get back I might actually have some time to catch up and post more often.  Hope everyone is well and hugs to those that need them.

Good afternoon everyone.  I don't have time to address everyone, but wanted to "check" in.  It's hot and humid here too, it was 110 here today with thunderstorms all around.  Of course we didn't get but a dozen drops here and we don't have central air conditioning, but thankfully do have air in our bedroom.  I'm still working the census, and in this heat, it's really hard.  I keep a lot of water in the truck and, of course, drink tons of water.  There's 2 fires going here in So Cal from lightening strikes yesterday.  School is out until next month, and come heck or high water, I'm going to the Cheyenne concert the end of this month.
Hope everyone is doing well and staying as cool as possible, prayers and good thoughts to those of you who need them.
Hugs to all.

I am beyond thrilled for you, and hope and pray you get a meet and greet.  If any AJ fan deserves a meet and greet, it would be you!!  Can't wait to read your personal review.

Just wanted to thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts for my daughter.  She came home from the hospital tonight.  They still don't know for sure what caused the heart attack but feel it was stress but will continue to do more testing in the coming weeks to rule out any medical conditions.  Thanks again my friends.  Hugs to all.

Hello, just a quick stop by to say hello.  Last week of school coming up, and the census is almost done.  Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the summer weather.  We went from having snow two weeks ago to over 100 the past few days.  I'm actually glad I'm not going to fan fair this year, I need a rest...LOL  Although I'll miss seeing everyone.

I also stopped by to ask a favor of those of you who pray.  My oldest daughter, Sheila, had a heart attack this morning and she's only 40.  She is doing better but she actually flat lined in the ambulance.  I have a bad cough from a cold so I don't dare go over to AZ to be with her.  I may have to go get Taylor in a couple days when he comes home from his Dad's.  I called his dad to tell him Sheila wanted to see Taylor and he took him straight to the hospital.  Of course, Taylor was freaking out but he's almost 13 and is handling it alright now.  Thanks in advance to all my great AJ friends for your prayers.

Hugs to all
