Alan will be performing together with George Strait at the CMA Awards during the tribute to the late country music legend, George Jones. CMA will air Nov. 6 on the ABC network.
Alan will also appear in the Late Show With David Letterman show Oct. 29 (day after his bluegrass concert at the Carnegie Hall) on the CBS network.
Mark your calendars for these dates. I'm very curious about the song(s) Alan and GS will perform at the CMA's and looking forward to see and hear them sing together again.
Congrats, Alan , on the success of your bluegrass album and song, BLACKTOP, on the bluegrass radio and charts! Job Well Done!!! (read the news at the homepage)

Excited to hear this news. Will be watching the CMA's for the first time in years since Alan will be on. Also, love to see him on Letterman - Dave really likes Alan and his music. Congrats Alan on The Bluegrass Album success - well deserved!

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ALAN tonight on The Letterman Show. I will stand up all evening in order to stay awake just to see him. He is my "Shining Star" and keeps me sane with his beautiful music and gospel albums. Things have been a bit sad in my family lately. I need the pick-me-up.

Loved Alan's Performance on "Letterman's Show." Alan seemd to step aside( being the gentleman he is) and put the spotlight on the Musicians. Typical Alan Jackson style..Loved the Song, but I wish he had chosen another, for the show. Alan also got a huge Standing Ovation & Letterman seemed to like his work..
The Musicians spotlighted were great! Loved that sound! Alan Is always in his element Singing his Songs and so Great too! What a Crowd there in NY!I know must came to see Alan. Gee that is the latest I've stayed up for quiet some time LOL. Great Job Alan & the MUsicians also! Ladies, did you note how Great Alan was looking, that shirt was beautiful! He looked "marvelous" and stood tall and was proud to sing his -Bluegrass- I'm sure!

Woke up just in time for the beginning of Alan's appearance on David Letterman. He was his usual bright, talented and kind person, giving credit to all of his musicians. David has taken a liking to him what seems to be over many entertainers. I like that and have seen it before.
Alan was his usual humble sensation!!!
