My sister lives in the Evansville, Indiana area and sent me a message asking whether I had heard anything about Alan to stop touring.  She said that the local TV weatherman mentioned earlier this week that he is a big Alan Jackson fan and was sorry to hear that Alan was going to stop touring, but that Alan would be making one final appearance at Roberts Stadium later this year before he stopped touring.

Has anyone else heard rumors about Alan to stop touring?  I certainly hope not, but why would this TV weatherman be making such a statement? Shocked

Alan keeps adding to his tour list and is up to June of this year so far.
I think the Fan Club would be notified if that was true.  That guy must be
mistaken.  The best way to find out would be to write a note to Cindy at the Fan
Club Office.  She woud know that answer for sure.

He has said repeatedly that he will tour as long as people continue to attend his shows.  I know that we are quite excited up in WA state to be able to see him!

Alan will be in Windsor, Ontario, Canada on November 4, 2011.  I know.  I GOT TICKETS!!!  YIPPEE!!!
Have never been to that venue as I am from Detroit area but we'll drive over and take a look and ask
all our questions as it gets close to the date.  I would like to eat dinner there so we're early and have
a good handicapped parking spot so I don't have to walk very far.  Then we'll pick up our tickets and
hopefully I will be able to negotiate the walking.  We got first floor tickets.  I hate snow but will put up
with it for Alan.  I hope the snow comes late this year.  Last winter was a nightmare!!!

Hope to see fan friends there.  It will be wonderful!  I'm getting older and it may be one of my last shows.
I'll always keep up my health so I can keep seeing Alan, but the Lord has to help me.  I have faith.
Love to all Alan's fans.  See you there.

I will be seeing Alan at the Windsor venue too.  I am so looking forward to it.  This will be the first time that I will be going to that venue.  I do not know where I am sitting yet because I am using my two free tickets I won.  I won't find out until closer to the show date. But I know they won't be floor seats.  It is usually the 1st level seatings.  That will be okay.  I have had front row seatings at other concerts, which was great.  Not that it would be great to have front row seating, it would, but just to be able to see him perform, will be terrific.  I hope to see other fan members.

The Windsor concert on November 4, 2011 has been cancelled.  There are very few concert dates
available now and they are for 2012 in Canada.  I hope Alan will see fit to come back to Casino Windsor or
the Palace of Auburn Hills during the winter this year.  It will be sad if I can never see him again.

Congratulations on your free tickets.

I also read that the windsor concert was cancelled, |I read it was a scheduling conflict, but Alan isn't scheduled to be anywhere else those dates.  I am thinking he doesn't like the cold weather and the snow!!!LOL Must of been conflicting with his personal life schedule.
