Sooo excited can't sleep at night. Didn't think I would have the chance to see Alan as we missed the tickets, but alas, got our hands on some and now it feels like Christmas! As my 3 year old son Matty keeps asking "When, when , when, when!"
And an added bonus came today in the form of a signed photo for Matty with a picture of our fav Alan Jackson, Signed!!!!!
Cant wait until he gets home.
The posts from the other concerts have me believing we are in for a real treat, so Thursday hurry up and get here!

Sandi Hi!
I'm Jeri from Florida! Love the excitement you have to see Alan soon! We love hearing all about your experiences.
Usually at the Fanclub we tell everything, even what he wears, but I know not seeing him often you want to see all
You can and this doesn't leave much time for taking photos. My Guy usually takes photos for me, while I watch. ha!
I have walked down to the stage with the guard there and took  photos, but some venues do not allow this.
You never forget any concerts you attend with Alan, and it passes so very fast. Enjoy!

Let us know how the Concert in Bribane went ok? I'm anxious to hear from someone who gets to meet Alan!
He is so super nice, and a great sense of humor too.Enjoy the Concert with your Family!
Thanks for posting from Australia!!!!  Jeri_MS

Ah, well were do i start?
What an amazing night, Alan Jackson is a true star. The songs we have listened to countless times seemed to come to life as Alan sang. The night was made all the more special as one of Alan's people, ( didnt get his name) went over and beyond with gifts for my son.  I was bold enough to approach him for some of the front row tickets he seemed to be handing out. But alas they were only for women and as i had my three year old son there with me that ruled me out. But he was ever so nice and told me he would find me before the show with some goodies for my son Matty. And sure enough he did, signed pics,  guitar picks, and 1 front row ticket, we were over the moon! What a great man to do that for us. Getting to go up the front and see Alan was a dream come true, what a great vibe he and his band put out. We could have watched him all night. The crowd was on every word he sang, such a relaxed feeling about the concert. Dancing up near the stage meters from Alan Jackson with my boy Matty, who is even a bigger fan than me, was a memory that will stay with me forever. So thank you Alan Jackson for remembering your Aussie fans, and hopefully you will be back soon.

Sandia,
Sounds like you & your son had a wonderful time. I am soooo Happy for you! Alan is great  and so happy you got to see him in concert! that close too..That sounds a bit like something Monty would do but he is in the Band.. He is super nice..

You really made a memory with your Matty. Did you know that Alan has a daughter named Mattie  also. She is so sweet.
Isn't it great being up front and finally seeing Alan whom you listened to a lot , but finally to see him is Great I know for you.He sounds even better in person but some Singers do not sound as good as they do on record. Alan  has a great voice and personality.. That was so sweet of them to remember you and get the ticket to you & signed pictures and , guitar pioks and you a ticket..I'm so happy for you.

It's all in our papers in TN about Alan being in Australia and saying how nice the people are to him. He thinks it's a beautiful Country and the people are so  hospitable & great Hosts.
This will stay with you and you will recall it over & over.. Alan is a super nice Guy and I'm just glad he finally got to go there and for his Fans there to see him.. Perhaps someday you can come over here and go to one of his Concerts. we would love for you to..So glad you have a great memory. Congrats! Jeri_MS from Florida and a home in MS!

Thanks for your kind words Jeri-MS. Yes that is now our next dream to come over to America and see an Alan show. This might be in a few years but fingers crossed we will get there.
