Harriet, Mine has done that before too. That is why i keep the same one. You just redo it like you did in the beginning
and it should work.. About your Mail coming back. Perhaps it's setup wrong, check  Good luck but it may take a while to fix, i got so frustated once, not knowing what to do.. Take care and God Bless, Jerrie

It didn't work. No problem with the signature pic just the avatar. Gives me a red X.

i don't try anymore. I tought it was because i live in Europe(other server).
Even with the same avatar it don't  work.

Harriet and Jean, not sure why this is so difficult but once I had mine disappear and since I got this one back on, I have kept it. ha! It was Alan Throwing me a pic lol(actually my grand daughter got it for me, but she said "I want  you to have it, since You love Alan's Music so much".) She is so precious, like Alan's daughters seem.
 Perhaps use a photo out of your pictures, that is what I did. BHR might could tell you more.
