MY WISH CAME TRUE!!!!! I have just ordered my copy of the "Alan Jackson: Small Town Southern Man" DVD. Thank you Cindy and the fan club for sending out the pre-order email notification. Can't wait to view this and add this DVD to my Alan DVD/CD collection.
On the side note: Is that Alan doing a cameo in the video? New country music comer, Walker Hayes just released the video for his new single, "90's Country" and it's either Alan fishing from a small boat in that video or they had a real dead ringer of him there. UPDATE: While our local paper hasn't posted yet the "almost " finished mural of Alan in downtown Newnan, I found this article from nashcountrydaily.com with an updated photo of the mural. I said "almost" because I'm not sure what else is needed done to complete it as the photo looks like it's already pretty much done. As the article said, it's supposed to get finished this week. If so, it may not get done maybe until next week unless the weather cooperates. We're currently having some effects from Hurricane Michael....stormy/windy weather of and on. If weather permits, my family and I may make a trip there this weekend and take a look at this beautiful mural and maybe take some pics. Somebody, thanks for the alert. Have it marked on my calendar. Wonder if they're going to make this available on DVD later on. I sure would love to have a copy of it. For those of you who are going to the CMHOF for the premiere showing of this, have fun and enjoy. Wish I could go too.

I am from from small town Kewanee Illinois and just like a lot of churches now days there is a decline in membership and churches are having a hard time. We just received a new pastor and is talking about new service to bring more people, young and old to our church and bring more people to Christ. I know this is so far fetched but on my walk (I like to ponder and reflect on god) it just came to me to see about putting together a concert. Precious memories is my favorite CD ever (and I hope you will make more gospel CD's). This would bring the funds necessary to start the new services. I will pray for a respond to this because know you are a man of God. I belong to the First United Methodist Church in Kewanee Illinois. God bless you Kathy

In the email it states one ticket for fan member,but can have a guest.I Could only get one ticket,BUt on the ticket,it states one seat.Does the ticket allow me and a guest?I am confused! Thanks for your time! Deloris Smith |
