My husband I went to Nashville for the first time in 2014, we were also celebrating out 25th Wedding Anniversary.  It was a trip of a lifetime got to meet most of the Stayhorns and have my picture taken with them at Alan's concert at the CMHOF. 

Saw Roger play at Legends and spoke with him throughout the afternoon, that was a great time!!

Nashville is amazing, we were there for a week and loved every minute of it.  So much too see and do, I need to go back as there are lots of things still to do that we didn't have time for.

I don't get on here very often I need to find the time to interact with all you lovely ladies. My hubby (Kirk) and I were in Nashville from Oct 5 til Oct 11 and attended Alan's show on Oct 8/14, OMG best concert I have ever been to it was not your typical concert by any means.  It was two and a half hours long and I have never seen him speak and interactive with the audience as much as he did that night!!  The concert was 2 months ago today and I am still on a high.  Had my picture taken with Roger, Monty, Ryan and Joey and got to meet some wonderful people from the fan club, and got a very nice christmas ornament given to my by a very special lady Dot!!  I won't go into all the details of the day as Mar has told you all about our limo ride, and us all meeting up for supper at Acme.

Mar you were asking about people catching tshirts at the concert, I was lucky enough to catch one that Alan threw into the audience!!

For anyone that has not met Roger Bob Wills you need to put this on your bucket list, I have met him twice now and he is the most down to earth guy you will ever meet. After the show on Oct 8, he came down into the audience and signed autographs and had his picture taken, when he was done he came over and spoke with Leah, Kirk and I and we talked for ages we ended up being the last four in the theatre and was asked to leave by security as they wanted to also go home!!

Someone I am friends with on FB saw Alan last night in Vegas, and Roger wasn't there

I am hoping to hang out at the casino as well maybe run into some of the guys (band members), I got tickets but not very good ones.

One very disappointed fan that is for sure!!

Not a Happy Camper, right now !!

Not sure who doesn't like us Canadians wheather it's Alan, the fanclub, the venue or the vendor or even maybe to the tour company.  No pre-sale, no meet and greet, no ticket giveaway nothing for his show at Casino Rama or Havelock.  So why would any of us canadians renew out memembership anymore.  I don't think any of us buy anything or much from the fanclub store because the shipping and handle prices to canada are outrageous.  And now it seems like there is no perks of getting tickets before they go on sale to the public or a chance to meet Alan.

I wish Cindy and the fan club would post on here where they are doing a pre sale or not, I called down to the fan club left a message got a phone call yesterday but it was after the tickets had gone on sale.  I got my tickets but not close to the stage, oh well at least I will be there but probably won't be able to get an autograph or any good close up pictures.  I can't get over the price either for not being in the first few rows,  I am hoping to go to the casino during the day and just hang out hoping I will be able to see some fo the guys from the band and at least get to talk to them and get their autography and maybe picture!!!

Is anyone else out there going to the concert?  I am hoping there will be a pre-sale, can't see anything about VIP packages they must not sell them anymore?

Country girl are you Wendy!!!LOL  I called the fan club this morning the main line the number is out of service you have to use the merchandise number, i found the numbers in the membership renewal package I had.  Just asked them to call me back and let me know about the VIP tickets and also ask why there wasn't a pre-sale for these two concerts.  I have put my name down for meet and greet and frow row seats so fingers crossed.

No nothing, so I guess I have to go on ticketmaster with everyone else tomorrow, so why bother paying the membership fee for special privligies there aren't any other than talking to you wonder fans on here!!!

Nothing about VIP tickets and I thought tickets were suppose to go on sale through the fan club sit 2-3 days before the public general sale???  What the heck is going on nothing on this website at all.  very very disappointed why do we pay our membership each month no perks!!!
