When you click on the preferred seating link and then the mile one date it says they will go on sale at 8:30 a.m. EST.. which is 10:00 a.m. in Newfoundland. If they go on at 12 Central like the tour page says, it should be at 2:30 a.m. .. Good Luck. (Someone can let me know if I am wrong about the time zones, but I think they are correct)

I wish I knew how to get presale tickets too, but I can't seem to find them anywhere, or even any information about a presale. I'll get my tickets through the fan club, but I'm not sure how the time works, it does say midnight CST .. does anyone know what time that will be here in Newfoundland?
