wishing you all an excellent August I have a few weeks off just as well as my daughter is getting married this month and am trying to find an outfit  oh lordy I hate shopping  am really looking forward to the wedding and seeing family and friends come togeather its great to catch up

Bhr I miss my buddies on the board too I am expected to work 40 hours a week plus do theory on the work I have done  plus study for assingments and revise for exams which amounts to around 55- 60 hours a week which doesn't give me much time to pop in and post  would be great if I was getting paid for all those hours LOl

wow my second visit this month steady on girl!!lol

really love the new cd alans music keeps me going through good times and bad bless him

Hi to all aj fans looks like I have missed lots of interesting news on my friends and all about alan selling his home were is he going to live now ? will he still have a home in nashville as for me I have enjoyed the summer over here all two days of it lol I am still hanging in there on my nursing course I have reached the half way point  Iam still finding it difficult but am really enjoying the challange Prayers for all those who need them take care all. i will make myself a promise not to leave it so long to pop in and catch up with you all. Happy march to everyone sorry i have not been on board lately but been so busy with study i start cardiac rehab training this month so got to swot up on my heart theory hope you all are well terry so sorry to hear about the baby looking forward to the cd release preordered mine in january not too much longer to wait thank goodness great to hear mattie's idea was acceapted by record company it's turning into a real family bussiness lol you all take care and be good and if you carn't be good be careful

Hi folks just enough time to pop in and say hi the weather has been really bad over here rain rain and more rain floods in south west have claimed two lives and caused millions of pounds worth of damage
getting on with my christmas shopping just a few more to get helped to decorate the christmas tree on the ward i am working on yesterday seemed to cheer some of the patients up
