i also liked the music by the Everly Brothers...saw them in concert only once...when I was in college.....they were also young....

You can vote for Alan's "Blue Ridge  Mountain Song" on Taste of Country's Top 10 countdown every hour.....When I voted earlier, Alan was in the top 10..... To stay there, he needs our votes!

I like the Christmas card and agree with jinx47 that it is cleverly done.  I wish Alan and his family a Merry Christmas!
Also wish him and  all his fans the best holiday season and a happy, healthy 2014!  I look forward to seeing him at some of his concerts in the new year.......

I'm sure it was a great tribute......And, I agree with Jeri.....Alan's shoulder  was probably a great comfort for Nancy .  He and his music have brought comfort to many....It has been a great source of comfort for me!
