I, too, was at the Rochester show. It was awesome!!!!!!!! I met one fan club member, Beverley. Wish I could have met more of you! Helped her get Alan to sign her tour jacket at the end of the show. He is SO nice!!!! He also handed her a guitar pick. She kept telling me that "next its my turn", however, I already have one from last year! I don't want to be greedy now! One of the Stray Horns called her over after the show and gave her Alan's play list of songs. It was so sweet of him to do so. She was SO excited!!!! The best thing about this concert was that I got to stand by the stage for a big part of the show! I feel really old next to all the 20 year olds up there! Alan was wonderful as usual! Maybe one of these years I will get a meet and greet! So good to see him again! Love the new Freight Train CD.

Hi Kelly: Congratulations! Some day I am hoping for a meet and greet also! Its been 20 years of following AJ and his career! Last year I won the Front Row in New Hampshire and it was a wonderful experience! Just managed to get tix to the Rochester concert - last minute and not in time for preferred seating, however, I got Row 5, aisle seats, Section 31!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't believe it! Good luck to you! Let us know what he says!!!! I will see you in Rochester!!!.

Oh my gosh! I, too, have a son with special needs. He is non-verbal, uses a dynavox to communicate and LOVES Alan Jackson. A couple of years ago, Alan was in our town, (I think I have seen him about 15 times now) and I wrote to Cindy asking if there would be anyway Alan could meet him. Unfortunately, they didn't have the meet and greets back then. Cindy wrote back to me and very nicely explained he would not be able to meet him this time. However, she wanted my son's name and address and told me Alan would be sending him something. Well, the following week a huge box arrived. In it was a tee-shirt, pencils, pins, magnets, and more and our most prized possession: a personally autographed photo of Alan to my son with a beautiful note from Alan! We will never forget Alan (and Cindy's) kindness for this. It would not hurt to e-mail Cindy and tell her about your son. You never know what might happen! Also, Alan is doing a concert for the partial benefit of disabled children and adults about 3 hours away from my home in July. When I found out, I needed to go. The fan club was not offerring preferred seating and, unfortunately, I got row 30. It is an extremely small venue - actually it is a baseball field so I am hoping to be able to see him being in row 30!!!!! Just the fact that he is dong this concert for disabled children and adults made me want to be there!! I don't know if there will be a meet and greet at that one. Good luck to you and let me know how it goes!

Thanks BHR! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO sad about this. There is not any info anywhere about where the tickets will be on sale . Called the number and the recording just states they are on sale 3/1 but not where! You are right no ticketmaster either. I am so sad! I was going to go to the CT. venue, but my son got invited to the junior prom on that evening!
