My ignorance is showing.  I don't even know what 'bluegrass' music sounds like.  Can anyone tell me the names of people who regularly sing bluegrass so I can have a listen to it please?

Dee, I'm not up with the bluegrass musicians....The only one I can think of is Dailey & Vincent, they are new and are very awesome. They also mix in gospel. They had top song last year and were the number 1 bluegrass group. I think they are so good. As Jeri said about the twange, alot of the older bluegrass singers have that sound which I am not fond of but these guys don't. So check them out, let me know what you think.[/color][/size][/color][/color]

Yes I would love to hear Alan doing Bluegrass. With that voice and those High and Low notes....Ladies can you just imagine. Go For It Alan.......Yipppeeee

There are so many of his songs I just love. I would say my all time favorite is "Livin On Love" But anything Alan sings is always to perfection with that wonderful voice.....He just pulls you right in! "Drive" would be my second choice. We use to have an old Packard car that my dad would let us drive around in the field, we just thought we were something. So that one brings back memories for me. Each one of his songs has a special message or special meaning.

Thanks Harriet for keeping us up to date. I just heard Bologna for the first time tonight on the radio. Hoping for another number 1 for Alan.
