Really Billy? Alan doesn't "owe" you anything! It's your choice if you've been sending him unrequested gifts! Your tone is a little alarming!

countrygirl24, the m/g drawing is not until about 1 week before the concert you signed up for. it will not post anywhere on your account. If you win you will receive an e-mail from Cindy with instructions on how to collect the pass at the venue. good luck!

There were about 40 (?) at my m/g concert. Many of them were radio people and venue bigwigs and their family members. I don't know how many the fan club actually gives away. You have to be a member to sign up and win. They are non-transferable and you need your ID to pick up the pass. I took my printed e-mail from Cindy also just to be safe. lol The sad (but fair) thing is, you can't win again until your next membership year.

The show was awesome. Kip is good and very energetic but very LOUD, the thumping about gives you a heart attack. LOL His style of country is typical of the new generation. Not my style, sorry. Alan was fantastic as always. We had a wonderful time. We are missing Mark but the new fiddle player, Ryan Joseph, is excellent! Alan gave him a solo spotlight since it was a hometown crowd for Ryan. He is very good! Next up for me is Centreville, MI at the St. Joseph Co Grange Fair in one month!

It was wonderful meeting Alan! Seeing those long legs up close they seem even longer than you expect. There are so many waiting in line to meet him that they don't give you any time to have a conversation. As I watched those ahead of me I realized it would be brief. The gentleman herding us through said "go now" as soon as the person ahead of me had their picture taken. I had a huge smile on my face as I hurried toward Alan and he turned toward me and smiled. When I reached him I shook his hand and told him the same thing he probably hears from all the fans. LOL "I'm so glad to meet you Alan, I love your music." He thanked me. I threw my arm around his back and rubbed my hand up and down! I don't know what came over me but I couldn't resist! He put his arm around me and they took our picture then sent me on my way. As we left the m/g area we are handed an autographed photo of Alan. I'm sooooo glad I won and just wish I could have a real conversation with him. I hope you all get the opportunity also.

I love all the songs! Dixie Highway is so fun but would have to be edited for radio play since it's about 7 minutes long! My pick for the next single release would be Her Life Is A Song. I think the young people would really like it as well as the long time fans.

huh? didn't you get the tickets through the fan club? if not that was your 1st mistake. the seats are always great and no need to "upgrade". and what do you mean it's not connected to the casino. you just have to walk through the shops area and up the elevator or escalator, through the food court and there you are in the casino! all inside and air conditioned. granted, the box office and will call window are outside the event center with a separate entrance than the casino itself. There is also a separate parking area if you are only going to the Event Center. I think this is because the event center can be used by under age attendees while the casino has an age limit of 18. That makes perfect sense to me. I liked the venue myself. A more "intimate" size.

Hope, I can't remember and I usually write down the song list and just didn't this time. Maybe one of the fans that got the set lists from the guys will let us know. I will ask my friend if she remembers too. Hey was that your son that wanted his guitar signed? And they showed him on the screens at one point, playing along.
